Delete Your SYQEL Account

You can permanently delete your SYQEL account and the personal data attached to it at any time, on your own, at syqel.com/erase.

What deletion does

• Cancels every active SYQEL subscription (SYQEL Live, SYQEL Art and SYQEL Desktop).
• Permanently deletes your SYQEL account and sign-in across all apps.
• Permanently deletes your entitlements, credits and device records.
• Purchases already made are not refunded by this process.

Once it runs, deletion is irreversible. That is why there is a cool-off period first.

How it works

1. Go to syqel.com/erase and enter your account email.
2. Open the sign-in link we email you. This proves the address is yours; no password is needed.
3. Confirm. Your deletion is scheduled with a 7-day cool-off.
4. After 7 days, everything listed above is erased automatically.

Changed your mind?

Any time during the 7-day cool-off, go back to syqel.com/erase and sign in with the same email. You’ll see your pending request and a button to cancel it. Your account stays exactly as it was.

Email eraseme@syqel.com from your account address and we’ll delete your account for you.
